Who we work with

Homeowners book a pickup from our posted prices. Builders, businesses and property managers need something different: a quote for the site, a schedule that fits the work and one vendor who shows up when agreed. This page is for them.

Builders and contractors

New builds and renovations produce the same debris in every phase: drywall offcuts, packaging, lumber and mixed trade waste. We carry it out, load the truck, haul it away and sweep, so the next trade walks onto a clear floor.

We work one-off, when a phase wraps up and the site needs clearing, or on a regular schedule while the site is active.

Businesses

Offices, stores, warehouses and restaurants clear out when a lease ends, a space is refit or a location closes. We take furniture, fixtures, shelving and whatever else is left, so the space can be handed back or started fresh.

Property managers

A unit turnover is a deadline. After a tenant leaves we clear what is left behind, from furniture to appliances, so the unit is ready for the next move-in.

What we do on site

We take on four kinds of work for builders and commercial clients. Each one is quoted from your photos or a site visit, because the material, the amount and the access change from site to site.

Demolition and tear-out is a separate service with posted prices, on the demolition in Toronto page. Homeowner pickups use our posted prices by load size.

How a quote and a pickup work

You tell us about the site and we come back with a written quote.

  • Send photos, or book a site visit for a larger or ongoing job. Use the quote form on this page, or call.
  • We send a written quote that says what is included and, for scheduled work, how often we come.
  • Once you accept, we set the day, or the repeating schedule, and do the work.

Insurance and WSIB

We are insured. A certificate of insurance and WSIB clearance are available on request, so ask for them when you send the quote request or when your site or property manager needs them on file.

No bin to order, place or swap

We do not rent bins. We carry the material out, load a box truck and haul it away, so there is no bin to book, no bin sitting on a tight lot or a loading dock, and no waiting for a swap. A full truck load is about 16 cubic yards.

If you are weighing a bin against a pickup, the dumpster rental versus junk removal guide compares them side by side. For a single homeowner job, see garbage removal in Toronto.

Where we work

We cover Toronto and the GTA, including downtown Toronto and Mississauga. Send the site address or postal code and we tell you if it is in range.
